Order Status:

You may check the status of your order at any time by calling 912-876-8721 Opt 2 or by emailing dawsonsgeneralstore@gmail.com .

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order at any time prior to pick up or shipment. Non-stock orders, custom or special orders must be paid for in advance. Some custom or special orders may be non-cancellable or incur restocking fees of 25%, depending on source.

Returns/Refunds:

Purchases may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The items must be in like new condition. Custom or special-order products are non-returnable. For questions on returns, call 912-876-8721 Opt 2.

For defective/damaged item claims: contact us within 3 days of delivery date with your name, order number, and photos of the damages. Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke or similar product stains will be shipped back to you at your own expense. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date received for in-store or online credit only - you will receive a notice via email informing you of your credit. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return. If your item is received later than 14 days your item will not be accepted, and a credit will NOT be issued. In this case, the item can be returned to you at the customer’s expense. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as products lost or damaged in the mail before they reach Dawson’s General Store.

ALL Accessories and Sale items are FINAL SALE. NO returns will be accepted. If you send back a non-returnable item (as listed above) a credit will NOT be issued. Item will only be returned at the customer’s expense. SHOES: NO returns will be accepted.

Please Note if you paid for shipping for your order, you will not be credited the cost back. Customer is responsible for any return Shipping Fee.

Pet Food (and similar products) are not returnable. GUNS, AMMO, CONSUMABLES, ANIMAL FEED, MEDICINE, SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, LIVE ANIMALS OR PLANTS ARE ALL FINAL SALE.

The following credit cards are accepted online: Visa, Mastercard, Discover

If you have a house charge account with Dawson’s General Store, online payments can be made if you ask for us to open your account to the Online Store and you establish a password. When paying with credit card, a convenience fee will be charged to your account the following month.

Pickup:

Dawson’s General Store will send an email response when the order is ready for pickup.

Shipping:

Shipping is available via UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS. Shipping charges will be applied to your order. Please contact us prior to placing your online order for more information about shipping availability.

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is important to Dawson’s General Store. You may visit our website anonymously. We collect information from you only when you register on the site, place an order, sign up, fill out a form, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in other site features. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. Credit card information is processed by a third-party processor.

We may use the information we collect to personalize your site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested, to allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests, to quickly process your transactions, and to administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature.

We reserve the right to update or change our policy at any time and the policy should be reviewed periodically.
