Corid is a coccidiostat used to treat and prevent coccidiosis (bloody scours) in beef and dairy cattle. It works by mimicking thiamin (vitamin B1) which is required by coccidia for normal growth and reproduction. When coccidia ingest Corid, they experience thiamin deficiency and starve from malnutrition.
9.6% oral solution
Can be administered orally, in drinking water, or in feed
Highly palatable
Withdraw 24 hours before slaughter, do not use in calves to be processed for veal
